The 150 foot-long two-span structural steel pedestrian bridge will connect the new Building H to the existing flight training campus. By allowing a shorter path to and from the new building, the pedestrian bridge will help create efficient occupant flow and provide a weather-free path throughout the complex.  Pre-fabricated structural steel trusses were selected for ease of fabrication and erection. Field-bolted splices were chosen to help maintain the tight construction schedule and to allow easier field fit-up. Additionally, prefabricated wall panels were implemented to save additional construction schedule.
