    Senior Project Engineer

    As a senior technical leader, you will lead engineering projects from concept through construction — overseeing design, coordination, and project execution. You’ll lead design efforts, manage contract administration responsibilities, work directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and deliver projects on schedule and on budget. You have 7+ years of engineering experience, an active PE license, and a track record of leading projects with minimal oversight. You’re a trusted technical resource, confident making decisions, guiding junior staff, and maintaining project momentum in an environment where accountability, accuracy, and follow-through matter.     • Preparing proposals, scopes of work, and fee structures that support projects staying organized, profitable, and on track
    • Guiding junior engineers through technical review, QA/QC processes, hands-on mentorship, and day-to-day project coordination

    • Proficiency with BIM/drawing platforms and engineering design and analysis tools
