HCL was a sub-consultant to Norris Design for the site’s civil design, HCL was involved in the design and creation of grading, drainage and erosion control construction documents for bidding and permitting submittals. HCL also provided a full floodplain analysis and a no-rise letter for SUDP-floodplain permit.

Project Highlights

  • Project trail improvements were within the West Harvard Gulch reach, and a full floodplain analysis was developed to demonstrate a no-rise condition within the portion of the reach where improvements were proposed.
