HCL provided design expertise for the design of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water quality features in compliance with County standards and Mile High Flood District criteria, grading, and a drainage report. The project consisted of redeveloping an existing warehouse to be used as a charter school. The project included site redesign, site drainage, and grading design. The drainage improvements incorporated a detention pond and above-grade water quality features including a rain garden.
HCL was a sub-consultant to Eidos Architects providing civil engineering services.
