HCL was a sub-consultant to RS&H. HCL was selected to provide the SUE and surveying services to support the final design of the Level 5A Roadway Rehab project at Denver International Airport. The Level 5A Roadway is the access and frontage road that is on the south side of the Airport Office Building. HCL contacted the various Utility Owners with facilities located within the project limits as shown on the UNCC positive response documents. Contacting a combination of private (DEN GIS) and public (Denver Water and Xcel) utility owners was required to obtain the necessary maps and utility information to accurately depict the existing underground utilities. HCL was able to provide the client with detailed information to assist with the design of the proposed road rehab project.
