HCL was tasked with working with HNTB for the design survey on Concourses A and B West.  HCL conducted a highly accurate survey that included concrete panel joints, above-ground planimetric features, a 3D laser scan of the existing building at ground level and inside of the basement.  HCL also provided an underground utility survey that accounted for all utilities within the project limits.

HCL was contracted by Turner Flatiron Joint Venture to provide construction staking and staking quality control on the West concourses.  HCL was also contracted by Holder FCI Joint Venture to provide construction surveying on the East Concourses.
