HCL was a sub-consultant to HNTB for the site’s civil design, bid, and construction administration phases. HCL was involved in the design and creation of utility, demolition, paving, and erosion control construction documents for bidding and permitting submittals. This project also included a 20-inch water relocation and a revised utility plan for the north finger expansion. The project required intense coordination between DEN PMT, HNTB and subconsultants on the design team, and local agencies like Denver Fire Department, Denver Water, and Denver Wastewater for permit approvals.
