HCL was the prime consultant on an on-call contract for Colorado State University. HCL was tasked with assisting CSU with design surveys, Land Survey Plats, underground utility locates, aerial surveys and flood plain surveys that assisted in creation of engineering plans. HCL worked on multiple campus sites that included the Main Campus, Mountain Campus, Foothills Campus, South Campus and Equestrian Campus.
