HCL was a sub-consultant to Michael Baker International. The project included the following elements: upgrading existing guardrail, modifications of existing ADA curb ramps, cleaning inlets and culverts, signing and striping, mill and overlay of bridge structure E-14-S, reconstruction of bridge tail and transitions, and realignments of the US 40 and CR 257 intersection. HCL was tasked with providing map and data research, utility designation, utility surveying and mapping, and utility locating in support of the proposed design. HCL provided a set of comprehensive Subsurface Utility Engineering Plans and a Utility Report. HCL provided the client with information on the utility locates’ reliability based on available utility mapping and any possible design conflicts.
