HCL was a sub-consultant to Michael Baker International. The CDOT Project involved designating and locating utilities on the south side of E Arapahoe Road that would be impacted by the future construction and widening activities. The Project included six (6) separate Project Sites that extended from the intersection of S Blackhawk Street on the west to Parker Road (SH 83) on the east, and up to the intersection of Parker Road and E Fair Place. The mile-long project involved researching, reviewing, and verifying various utility maps that crossed into multiple utility owner jurisdictions. HCL also performed ROW, property line, and monument research and completed a topographic ground survey to support the design process.
