HCL is the prime consultant on this on-call contract for Douglas County. HCL was awarded three 2023 Contract Maintenance Projects: A shoulder widening project for: 1) Rampart Range Road, from Roxborough Park Road north (approximately 1,500 LF), and 2) Perry Park Avenue, from Douglas Avenue to 100’ West of Silverhills Drive (approximately 5,900 LF), and a maintenance project for 3) Palmer Divide Avenue, from 1,000 feet east of Black Forest Road to S East Cherry Creek Road (approximately 4,600 LF). HCL is tasked to provide Utility Mapping Research, Project Survey Control, Project Permits and Traffic Control, Utility Designating, and Utility Locating in support of the road construction projects.
