Project included improvements to the existing United Airlines Flight Training Center campus including the design and engineering of an additional 153,000 SF training facility, as well as a 3,000 SF maintenance building, and all necessary site parking and drainage improvements associated with the building additions. The primary building, Building H, included the installation of 12 simulator bays on the main level, as well as support spaces and classrooms. HCL was a sub-consultant to BRPH for the site’s civil design, bid, and construction administration phases. HCL was involved in the design of demolition, site utilities, grading, paving, drainage, and erosion control construction documents for bidding and permitting submittals.
