HCL was the prime consultant for the design and permitting of a new Jet’s Pizza location in Aurora. The 1,600+ SF space included a customer lobby, prep area, walk-in cooler, driver lobby, and commercial kitchen with brand new finishes throughout. HCL worked with the owner for the layout of the kitchen equipment and used the Jet’s Pizza material finish standards for continuity of the brand. HCL utilized its internal staff from the structural engieneering department to provide structural modifications and details for the new roof top equipment and hood. HCL completed the permitting documentation was submitted to the City of Aurora and the Tri-County Health Department.
