This project aimed to significantly expand the existing library’s footprint, enhancing its square footage to better serve the local community. By modernizing the library with updated amenities and utilities, the project aims to enrich the overall user experience and support the community’s growth.
HCL played a crucial role by conducting a comprehensive topographic survey of all above-ground features and producing a detailed contour map for the design engineering team. This included locating all utility lines (both dry and wet), delineating the public right-of-way, and establishing private site boundaries. Additionally, a meticulously crafted Site Development Plan and Improvement Survey Plat were provided to secure necessary permits from the City of Denver.
