HCL was the prime consultant for their own tenant improvement project in Centennial, Colorado. The space is 6,200 SF net with brand new finishes and furniture for the suite. HCL reused and repurposed some of the materials that were existing in the space to reduce the amount of materials going to the landfill including the 37 glass panels and the majority of existing cabinetry. As you enter the main doors, you see the HCL colors and branding by a geographic wall paper and wall fabric with a custom designed reception desk. Moving throughout the open office area, you are welcomed with natural daylight with the private offices adjacent to the core of the buildng. Two separate conference rooms were created for both large and small meetings while separate recreation and wellness rooms provide space for employees to break away and play ping-pong and relax in a full body message chair. Lighting accents highlight different areas within the space including a bar top in the breakroom, and the high-top and low-top gathering areas. Carpeting was laid out to separate the main traffic areas from the employee work areas with the subtle linear vs. quarter-turn installation pattern. This project obtained permit approval in the first permit submittal to the City of Centennial and South Metro Fire.
