Safety is one of HCL’s key values. Each structural project is designed with safety first and foremost in mind. Past and current projects include highway / pedestrian bridges, culverts, outfall structures, retaining walls, sound walls, vaults, and water storage tanks, and numerous buildings, including schools, fire stations, office buildings, and multi-family developments.

Peak One Drive Relocation and Sand Storage Building
Summit County, Colorado
HCL is relocating Peak One Drive to the hospital and municipal buildings to provide better access to first responders and the general public. HCL is also reconfiguring the existing parking lots for the main library and designing a new retaining wall between the roadway and future bus transit building.
56th Avenue Bridge Design
HCL provided bridge design services to this CDOT local agency project, located at the intersection of 56th Avenue and Havana Street. One of the few east-west arterials in the near vicinity, 56th Avenue is an important regional arterial, providing both local access and regional mobility in the northeast quadrant of the Denver metro area.
