HCL has been privileged to provide high-quality design engineering, structural, and survey services for schools and institutions throughout the Denver metropolitan area. We enjoy giving back to our community and creating safe and sustainable design solutions for area residents.
Regis Groff High School Campus
HCL provided master planning of roadway and utility infrastructure to serve the entire 96 acres. We designed roadways and utilities to serve the school site and provided civil engineering and surveying for the site development of this brand new high school in Northest Denver.
Sandra Todd-Williams Academy
HCL provided structural engineering services on this project, which consisted of a new state-of-the-art 16,400 sf early childhood education facility in the Green Valley Ranch community. The facility has an open web steel joist roof supported by structural steel framing, in-filled with light gage steel studs. The structure is founded on concrete grade beams supported by continuous spread footing. The project was designed as USGBC LEED Silver®.
Green Valley Ranch Library
HCL provided site surveying and civil engineering services, including storm water management, site grading, and utility design and coordination at the LEED Gold® certified Green Valley Ranch Library.
