HCL accelerated the design schedule for this project to facilitate impending development.  Bradbury Infrastructure improvements were completed at a project cost of $6M.

HCL provided master planning development, design, and construction management for the area’s infrastructure improvements.  Services included planning and design of 2.61 miles of new roadway, 4.7 miles of water distribution and irrigation system, and 1.5 miles of sanitary sewer.

Structural Engineering services consisted of a single span bridge over Cottonwood Creek.  The structure consisted of pre-cast girders, wing walls, approach slabs and abutments.  Hydraulic analysis was performed to insure passage of the 100-yr storm event without effecting up stream properties.  In addition, HCL provided scour analysis for the abutments.
