Willis Case Golf Clubhouse

HCL provided complete civil and structural services for design of a new clubhouse facility at the Willis Case Golf Course in Denver, CO.  This project includes surveying, site utilities, grading, drainage, access road and parking lot improvements, and structural design of the new two story 12,000 square foot clubhouse.  The clubhouse was designed using concrete foundation walls, a steel joist floor system over the basement area, masonry walls, and a glulam roof system.  The building is being designed to meet LEED Silver certification requirements.  This new clubhouse is located on a beautiful hillside setting.  It was placed in a unique position to take advantage of the views.  From the patio you can see Longs Peak to the north, Mt. Evens center and Pike’s Peak to the south all at the same time.
